Microdosing systems or mist lubrication systems ensure the correct dosage of lubricating oil on the saw blade, drill, router or any other type of tool. The metered use of lubricating oil is very environmentally friendly and ensures economical consumption.
The system is very suitable when cutting pipe and profiles. The dispenser applies a minimal amount of lubricant to the tool (1 litre of misting oil is enough for +/- 100 operating hours). The misting system is equipped with a metal lockable housing and a misting head for band saws up to 41 mm. The system works with pneumatic control, device operates on air pressure. What is the advantage of a misting system? A clean workpiece!
