The Eggenberg roller conveyor with length stop is designed to make working with long and heavy workpieces much easier and more accurate. You can flexibly position the roller conveyor in front of or behind the band saw machine, ensuring smooth feeding and safe removal of your workpieces.

The adjustable material stop can be folded and used to the left or right as required. As it can also be easily moved, you can position your work exactly the way you want. Meanwhile, the stable U-profile and the solid, galvanised steel rollers ensure reliable support and smooth material transport. Moreover, the roller conveyor is infinitely adjustable in height and can be firmly fixed with steel adjustable feet, so you can always be sure of a stable workplace. Microdosing systems or mist lubrication systems ensure the correct dosage of lubricating oil on the saw blade, drill, router or any other type of tool. The metered use of lubricating oil is very environmentally friendly and ensures economical consumption.
The system is very suitable when cutting pipe and profiles. The dispenser applies a minimal amount of lubricant to the tool (1 litre of misting oil is enough for +/- 100 operating hours). The misting system is equipped with a metal lockable housing and a misting head for band saws up to 41 mm. The system works with pneumatic control, device operates on air pressure. What is the advantage of a misting system? A clean workpiece!
