Electrode welding machine from Eggenberg is designed for effective welding with welding electrode using the MMA method with direct current (DC). The MINI series welding machine is designed for users who need a functional device with a compact design and a full rated current of 100 А.

Designed for manual MMA arc welding with direct current, allowing you to work with any electrode: from Ø1.6 mm to Ø2.5 mm, in the durable duty cycle no less than 60%, allowing you to do most work in the domestic sector (summer farms, workshops, etc.). The welding machines of this series are easy to use, like all the modern additional functions, such as Hot-Start, Overheat indicator, Anti-stick are set to optimum values for typical welding operations.

The installation and maintenance of railings, stairs, gates and doors, containers or metal installations can be done professionally. The E-hand or MMA device welds together materials such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper of about 1.5 mm thickness.

• Clean welding results thanks to Hot-Start Function - The Hot-Start function of the electrode welding unit ensures that an increased welding current is automatically and quickly ensured at the start of the welding process. Due to this "hot start", the weld seam is heated directly at the starting point, so the electrode does not stick and ensures stable and clean welding results from the very first moment.
• With a full 100A, a duty cycle of 60 per cent is achieved. By bringing the power up to 77A, the duty cycle can be increased to allow welding without interruption. No protective gas is needed to precisely use this manual welding unit even in adverse conditions, such as strong altitude wind
• Overheating indicator - If the machine stops during welding, check the overheating indicator. The maximum duty cycle has been reached and the machine automatically switches to cooling mode when the indicator LED lights up. When the LED is no longer lit, you can continue welding.
• Anti-Stick - This function allows the welder to easily separate the electrode from the product. In the event of a short circuit (if present), the welding current is automatically reduced after a short interruption. Once the electrode is separated from the component, the source automatically restores its function. If the electrode is bonded to the workpiece, the welding current decreases within 0.6 ... 0.8 s after bonding. The temporary reduction in welding current makes it easier for the welder to pull off the stuck electrode. After separating the electrode from the product, the welding process can be resumed without any problems.
