The nylon fibres are bonded together with a thermosetting resin to form a three-dimensional web structure and are available in various grain sizes with an aluminium oxide grit. The result is a springy sanding material with an open structure that works very comfortably and gives a uniform and consistent finish. The tex material does not affect the geometric shape of workpieces. A/O achieves a good finish at a long tool life.
