Welding unit Paton ProTIG 200 is optimised for inert gas protected arc welding "TIG" with direct current or alternating current (AC/DC) and hand protected electrode arc welding "MMA" with direct current. The "Professional" series is designed for consumers who demand compactness and an optimal ratio between portability and functionality of a unit with its full rated amperage.

The best solution for DC and AC welding of a wide range of materials: aluminium, aluminium alloys (TIG AC mode), parts and materials made of steel, non-ferrous metals and copper alloys (TIG DC mode).

The device can also be used for welding with covered electrodes (MMA mode). In addition, the manufacturer has used the RIV (SPOT) function in this device. The device has a protection module against undervoltage and overvoltage.
