They are adapted for welding carbon steel structures with carbon content up to 0.25%. According to state standard 1050-88 (05kp, 08kp, 08ps, 10kp, 10pc, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp 20ps, 20) on a short or medium arc in all spatial positions. A 5 mm diameter electrode is not recommended to be welded in a vertical position from top to bottom. Welding electrode 6013 ELITE PATON ANO 21 ensures easy arc ignition. They also guarantee good seam formation and easy slag crust separation.<\/p>\n<p>These welding electrodes are recommended for arc welding of butt, lap or critical metal structures, water pipes and low-pressure gas pipes. The manufacturer guarantees that the electrodes meet the requirements of the normative documentation. For this, it is essential that the conditions of transport, storage and use are observed by the user.<\/p>\n<p>Welding conduct direct current any polarity (recommended return \"-\") on the electrode or varying current from the transformer circuit voltage of at least 50 V. Electrodes should be stored in dry rooms at a temperature not lower than +15 \u00ba\u0421 and a relative humidity of not more than 80%. If the moisture content in the coating exceeds 0.9%, it glows at 120 \u00b1 10 \u00b0C for 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The electrodes contain no harmful substances in the coating.
